CJM Class 73-1 (JB)
Limited Edition Model of 73-1 Available January 2018
To commemorate 30 years trading CJM will produce just 30 models in a range of liveries. The model will incorporate a fully super detailed buffer beam, promised years ago, and potentially a driver and second man’s seat in the cab. Some of the detail below the buffer beam will be lost to allow clearance for the working coupling. Additional pipes will be added on super-detailed end and moulded pipework opened up after moulding.
The masters for the model and new buffer beam are now with the moulders.
New production will incorporate other subtle differences compared to the model featured above and those below.
The Class 73 has always been acclaimed as one of CJM’s best models and has proved popular in all its many liveries. In 2003 flush glazing was added to further compliment its good looks and amazing performance. It is hoped to introduce super detailed buffer beam and drivers in 2018
