CJM Class 59 - 59 206 in National Power Livery

Built between 1985 and 1995, the General Motors class 59 heralded a marked change in British rail freight haulage. In the same way, 1997 saw the biggest leap forward in British 'N' gauge with the introduction of CJM's Class 59. This was the model that CJM had promised for many years and its arrival caused a storm of interest and demand. The press seemed lost for words but settled on 'PERFECTION'.

In all areas, performance, detail and finish this one takes the crown and leaves no one in any doubt that N gauge has become very serious. Every conceivable detail, from rivets to pipes, cab interiors to unequal axle spacing, is there! Now available with driver/second man and optional super detailed buffer beam with scale coupling and air pipes at one end. From 2005 all models feature body mounted couplers and end plates with drivers as standard. An optional super detailed buffer beam with scale coupling and air pipes at one end is available.

All the liveries that have graced the real class 59 are available from CJM models. Numbers and names are available as appropriate. As always, please ring to discuss your requirements.

hi-resolution photo studies

The following pages below contain Hi-Resolution images, and Adobe Reader is required to view them. Unlike other manufacturers, at CJM we want you to see and appreciate all the accurate detail and work involved, however please remember you are looking at models that are approximately 4-5 inches long, with the ability to zoom so that components are the same size as the real loco! Its cruel and sometimes painful, especially when we spot the odd problem with the model, that you cant even see normally with a magnifying glass!
